When it happened and how long it lasted.
E-TERRA · RESEARCH AND DOCUMENTATION
If you witnessed an event you cannot explain, describe it as accurately as possible. We do not assess reports in advance: we first document the facts, consider possible conventional explanations, and determine whether further analysis is warranted.
BEFORE YOU BEGIN
What matters most is not speculation, but the sequence of events and specific details. Even information that may seem insignificant can help distinguish technical, natural, or everyday causes from a genuinely unusual case.
When it happened and how long it lasted.
Country, city, and type of premises or environment.
What happened before, during, and after the event.
Who else was present and whether any photos, video, or audio are available.
